What changes when the story of your life gets a new name.

Turning lived experience into work, community, and useful change.
“For once, I didn’t have to make myself smaller to make sense.”
When standard systems fail, neurodivergent women blame themselves instead of blaming the system.
But everyday routines leave you utterly exhausted or frozen in task paralysis.
After years of being told you were 'too emotional', 'scattered', or 'not trying hard enough'.
You're tired of forcing yourself into rigid planners and want routines that work WITH your brain.
A safe, compassionate space to understand yourself without judgment or toxic positivity.
Be honest — Ruth has felt all of these by 9:05 AM.

At 50, Ruth Danoff finally got the diagnosis that explained a lifetime of feeling like she was doing it wrong. Holy ADHD is her raw, hopeful account of unmasking, grieving, and rebuilding.
"Getting diagnosed at 50 didn't change who I was. It was like living in a room with a buzzing fluorescent light for half a century, and someone finally walked over and handed me the remote control."
A 1:1 Clarity Session is a 30-minute private, direct space with Ruth to identify what is driving your immediate friction and build a realistic, zero-shame next step.
"Ruth possesses an engaging personality that communicates effectively and efficiently. She cares deeply about others and her joie de vivre is infectious!"
— Tinnie Salzano"Ruth's ability to connect and communicate the challenges of having ADHD, along with empowering other women to feel safe, understood, and heard, is impactful!"
— Alyssa Kushner, LCSW
Diagnosed with ADHD at 50, Ruth began the long, courageous work of unmasking, grieving the years she lost to misdiagnosis, and rebuilding her life with self-compassion instead of the “ruthless armor” she’d worn for decades.
After a layoff in 2024 and a season of deep personal awakening, she stopped performing fine, and started telling the truth. First on the page. Then in community.
She writes the way she lives: candid, tender, and a little bit disco. Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is keep moving through the doubt.
As the founder of notRUTHless, she creates spaces for women, especially those navigating midlife, menopause, and late-diagnosed ADHD, to feel seen, drop the pressure to fix themselves, and embrace their beautifully wired brains.
Ruth lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, where her mornings usually include music, a quick dance break for dopamine, tea, and a conversation with the sky.
notRUTHless is for women navigating midlife, menopause, and late-diagnosed ADHD, the ones who’ve spent years thinking something was wrong with them, when really, no one had explained how their brain actually works.
Here, you don’t have to perform “fine.” You get to be exactly as loud, tender, funny, and unfinished as you actually are.
